The outdoor pool area was lovely and well-designed.

During my stay, the AC was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The fans in the bathrooms were equally disruptive, waking everyone up with their loud whirs. Additionally, the breakfast choices were shockingly poor. you’d think they could at least serve something decent like fresh fruit instead of the tasteless offerings available.

The outdoor pool area looked inviting, and the children's playground was a nice touch for families. The breakfast options were limited, so don’t expect much variety. Stayed in a Deluxe King Room and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Overall, I had decent service from the staff. Could definitely use some upgrades to compete with other places.

However, our comfort took a hit as there were no elevators, which made lugging our bags up to the second floor a struggle. Housekeeping could definitely improve their attention to detail, as some areas felt neglected.

The outdoor pool was closed without explanation!!! A hole in the screen door shouldn't be overlooked!!! Housekeeping could be more considerate with wake-up calls, especially when check-out is not until 11.

We loved the two comfortable queen beds. they were perfect for a good night's sleep. Overall, the room met our expectations and provided a cozy experience during our stay.
